Gillian McHale, SMPA ’08 and Ryan Giannetti, CCAS ’08, got engaged on December 30, 2012. Gillian and Ryan met while freshmen at GW, in Somers Hall in 2004. Their first date was the 2005 Inaugural Ball. A November wedding is planned.

Gloria McPherson, CCAS BA ’89
Gloria McPherson, CCAS BA ’89, is the new city planner for Concord, New Hampshire. Previously, Ms. McPherson held a wide variety of jobs, such as an elementary-school French teacher, a conservation and land-use planner and, most recently, vice president for land development at Kohl Construction in Massachusetts.
