Itching for an excuse to come back to campus? GW’s 2014 Homecoming Weekend is just around the corner! From Feb. 7-9, the Foggy Bottom campus will be abuzz with several special events to Raise High the Buff and Blue.

Festivities kick off on Friday, Feb. 7 with the annual George Washington’s Birthday Bonfire at 6:00pm in the University Yard (on H Street, between 20th and 21st Streets NW). This longstanding tradition brings the GW community together by celebrating George Washington’s birthday, and the GW spirit, just before Homecoming begins!

Before the Colonials hit the court on Saturday, Feb. 8, GW’s Department of Athletics and Recreation will recognize the accomplishments of seven alumni athletes at its 2014 Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
