Alumnus & Professor Co-Author JFK Article on HuffPo

With the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination approaching on Friday, Nov. 22, we’re taking a moment to highlight a recent article by Hon. Mark Kennedy, director of GW’s Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM), and Larry Lane, ESIA BA’67, MA ’76, who serves on the GSPM adivsory board.

Kennedy and Lane co-authored the article “Remembering President Kennedy Then and Now“, published on The Huffington Post on Nov. 15.

“November 22, 1963 shaped the lives of all Americans who lived through it,” Kennedy writes, “and everyone has their own “where were you?” story.”

For the article, Lane shared his own JFK assassination story, with help from letters he had written to his parents following the assassination.
