Victoria Alekhine, ESIA BA ’06, TSPPPA MPA ’08, was promoted to deputy director of fellowship affairs at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in Aug. 2013. Alekhine works in the organization’s headquarters in New York, NY.
Founded in 1921, CFR is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank and publisher. CFR’s mission is to be a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries.
