Alumnus Named to Young Ambassadors Council by Florida House on Cap. Hill

Tyler Hudson, CCAS BA ’07, was recently named a member of the newly-created Young Ambassadors Council by Florida House On Capitol Hill.

Florida House on Capitol Hill is celebrating its 40th year of service to Floridians visiting Washington, DC. Florida is the only state to have an embassy in the nation’s capital. The non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation accepts no state or federal funding and is supported by private contributions.

This year, Florida House formed the Young Ambassadors Council to bring together people under 40 to promote the Florida House mission of education, business, hospitality and arts and culture.

Hudson, who was selected for the Council by the 100-member Florida House Board of Trustees, graduated from GW in 2007 and resides in Tampa, FL. He is currently an attorney at the firm of Holland & Knight.
