Esther Han, SPHHS MPH ’06, received a “Physicians of Tomorrow” Award from the American Medical Association (AMA) Foundation. The AMA granted these awards to twenty-one rising fourth-year medical students across the nation. Each student will receive a $10,000 tuition-assistance scholarship.
Recipients were nominated by their medical schools and chosen based upon academic achievement and financial need. The AMA Foundation has awarded over $61 million in scholarships to deserving medical students since 1950.
