CCAS Alumna Receives MBA from Simmons School of Management

Heather Patenaude, CCAS BA ’95, was awarded her MBA, with a concentration in non-profit management, from Simmons School of Management in Boston, MA.

As part of the program, Patenaude traveled to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where she attended the Women as Global Leaders Conference at Zayed University.  She was able to see several GW students present, and also met a GW alumna who is a prominent Emirati businesswoman.

In addition, Patenaude was part of the only all-female team at a business case competition sponsored by Hasbro, where she presented on disruptive technologies and gender in the toy industry.  The Simmons School of Management is renowned for its focus on principled leadership and is consistently ranked at the #1 MBA for Women by the Princeton Review.
