Lonnie D. Giamela, CCAS BA ’99, has been selected for the 2013 Southern California Rising Stars list, organized by Super Lawyers. The list recognizes attorneys who are 40 or younger whom excel in their practice and build foundations for a long-lasting career.
Giamela currently serves as a managing partner of the Los Angeles office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. A California native, Giamela earned this spot on the list through his experience in representing small businesses of Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of issues.
Giamela has presented more than 200 times to HR and business groups on a multitude of employee relations topics. His practice includes both preventative counseling, preparation of documents, such as employee handbooks and compensation plans, and litigation before state and federal administrative agencies and courts.
