Are you an alumnus/a in the DC area who is interested in the rare opportunity to work with the GW Libraries to examine the University Archives? If so, don’t miss the “All Things GW” Wikipedia Editathon on Saturday, April 20.

The event runs from 12:30 to 4:00 pm and will include a behind-the-scenes tour of the University Archives, as well as the opportunity to use the unique resources the archives offers to update and edit all information on Wikipedia articles related to GW.

The event will take place in the Teamsters Labor History Research Center on the seventh floor of Gelman Library at 2130 H St. NW Washington, DC 20052. Photo ID is required for entrance into the library. The Special Collections Research Center, which is hosting this event, requests that you bring your own personal laptop computer to take part in the Editathon.

You can learn more about this GW Editation and register for it through the event’s Wikipedia page or by emailing [email protected].
