Dr. Sheila Wright, GSEHD EdD ‘04, was recently appointed as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s chief learning officer. Since beginning her federal career, Dr. Wright has worked at various agencies as a training instructor, instructional systems specialist, human resources specialist, director and acting director of training and the acting chief learning officer. Dr. Wright is recognized for her accomplishments in mobilizing national learning & development programs and initiatives, as well as establishing and building learning infrastructures in the federal agencies where she has worked.
