Blythe Purdin, CCAS BA ’04, accepted the position of legislative and political action coordinator for the Second Essex Senate District through the Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA). In this position, Purdin will continue her advocacy work to bring a pro-education agenda to the state house and help the MTA to elect pro-education candidates in the 2012 election.
