Chrishon McManus, CCAS BA ’11

Chrishon McManus, CCAS BA ’11, was awarded the 2012 Minority Scholarship by the law firm Fredrikson & Byron.  This is the 20th year of the firm’s minority scholarship program, which is awarded each year to an exceptional first-year minority law school student.

The scholarship program is part of the Fredrikson & Byron Foundation’s commitment to promoting diversity amongst incoming law professionals. The purpose of the program is to encourage them to join and excel in the private practice of law within larger corporate law firms in the Upper Midwest. The scholarship is awarded based on law school performance, professional references, work and other activities, writing samples, and personal interviews.
