Yael Krigman, Law JD ’09, was profiled in The White House’s blog feature: ” Women Entrepreneurs are Creating Jobs: An Interactive Timeline.” Krigman started baking to relieve stress as a law student. In 2011, she left the law firm with which she had worked with for 8 years in order to focus on Baked by Yael, an online bakery based in DC.
