James D. Blair, GWSB DPA ’75, recently published two books: Deadly Neglect – Apathy & Denial vs. Act of God and Unready – To Err Is Human: The Other Neglected Side of Hospital Safety and Security. Dr. Blair is the CEO of the Center for HealthCare Emergency Readiness and is a retired Army Colonel with 28 years of active service.
