Heather A. Higginbottom, CCAS MA ’99, was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget on Oct. 20. Ms. Higginbottom, who studied public policy at GW, was nominated to the post by President Obama in January. She recently served as deputy director of the White House Domestic Policy Council.
