Alumna Named Sr. Development Officer at Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech

Lillian Rountree, GSEHD BA ’91, has been hired as the senior development officer at Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech. She will be based out of Northern New Jersey, with the primary geographic focus of her efforts being the greater New York City area.

Rountree comes to Clarke after spending six years as the director of outreach and development at the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech in Pittsburgh, PA.

Rountree currently serves as secretary of the OPTION Schools’ Executive Board, is a member of the Hearing Center Auxiliary Board at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation and is a member of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

She received a master of arts degree in adult learning and leadership from Teachers College at Columbia University and a bachelor of arts degree in education and human development from GW.
