GDub Love: More Alumni Valentines!

Last week we introduced you to seven couples who met at or because of GW.  Now, just in time for the 14th, meet five more couples who were inspired to share their GW love stories:

 

Jennifer Cameron, ’04 & Brad Pfeffer, ’03, ’07
These two Colonials will celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary next month—find out how a chance meeting at the library turned into a lifelong match.

 

 

Julian Gompertz, ’10 & Ashley Huffman, ’12
Today, you’ll find Julian and Ashley in New York City, but they first met in GW’s New Hall, and have been together since 2009.

 

 

Matt Haggerty, ’11, & Sarah (Dieter) Haggerty, ’11
This pair first met when they were grad students–today, they’re happily married and settled into life in DC.

 

 

Kathy Megyeri, ’69, ’82 & Les Megyeri, ’63, ’68, ’80
They met in a class in the basement of Lisner Auditorium in 1963 and have since earned give GW degrees between them—find out why Kathy and Les now consider GW to be their “own family.”

 

 

Dave Raffel, ’76 & Pat French Raffel, ’78
A GW basketball game first brought these two CCAS grads together—and they’ve now been married for 35 years.
