Jay Campbell, GWSB BBA ’03, MS ’03, an attorney at Adams and Reese LLP, has been selected Partner in Charge of the firm’s Memphis, TN office, effective Jan. 1, 2014.
The firm has 16 Partners in Charge, one for each of its offices across the southern United States and Washington DC.
Campbell joined Adams and Reese in 2006 and is a member of the Transactions and Corporate Advisory Services Practice Group, focusing his practice on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and middle-market corporate finance, including corporate lending and corporate equity formation.
He is ranked among Mid-South Rising Stars® in Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Corporate Finance. He is a member of the Leadership Memphis Executive Class of 2014. In his community, Campbell serves as the treasurer of South Woods Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee.
