Manuel “Manny” Berman, SPHHS MS ’75, has been named president and chief operating officer of Tuality Healthcare, a two-hospital healthcare organization serving Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and the western suburbs of the Portland, OR area.
Berman was appointed to his new positions by the Tuality Healthcare Board of Directors, effective Nov. 15. He previously served as Tuality Healthcare’s chief operating officer and hospital administrator.
Berman, a native of Kansas City, MO, holds a master’s degree in hospital administration from GW and an undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Kansas. Prior to joining Tuality Healthcare, Mr. Berman was associate hospital administrator for professional services at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland.
