The 100th season of GW’s men’s basketball begins this Friday night, Nov. 8, at 7pm when the Colonials open the 2013-14 campaign against the Radford Highlanders at the Charles E. Smith Center.
Friday’s game will be preceded by the Third annual Home Opener Tailgate sponsored by RCN starting at 4 pm on 22nd Street between F and G Streets NW.
All alumni are invited to attend this special event, with food and drink provided by the GW alumni-owned FoBoGro, a live performance by 90s cover band White Ford Bronco, the Alex and Ani bangle bar and Keurig station, as well as games, face painting and poster-making with help from some of GW’s greatest organizations!
GW begins its third season under Head Coach Mike Lonergan with five returning starters among eight returning letterwinners and a quartet of eligible newcomers.

And be sure to save the date for the Dec. 4 Buff Out Pre-Game Tailgate before the the Colonials take on Rutgers that evening in the Smith Center at 7:00pm.
