Kate Bolduan, CCAS BA ’05

Kate Bolduan, CCAS BA ’05, will be joining CNN’s Christopher Cuomo as a co-host of the network’s 7:00 AM morning television show.  Bolduan will be moving to New York and will begin appearing on the program this spring.

The yet-to-be-named program will replace Soledad O’Brien’s “Starting Point” as part of a set of changes being made by the network’s new leadership. In an effort to revamp CNN’s image and increase its viewership, the new morning show will take the basic format of “Today” with Bolduan serving as one of two co-hosts who will be joined by a news anchor.

Recently, Bolduan has been appearing as a co-host on the “Situation Room” and as a CNN congressional correspondent. Before her time at CNN, Bolduan served as a local news reporter in Raleigh, North Carolina. Read more at the Huffington Post.
