Jay Campbell, GWSB BBA ’03, MS ’03 has been elected partner at Adams and Reese, LLP in Memphis, TN. The promotion was effective as of January 1, 2013.
Campbell joined Adams and Reese in 2006 and serves as an attorney in the Transactions and Corporate Advisory Services Practice Group in the firm’s Memphis office. He focuses his practice on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and middle-market corporate finance, including corporate lending and corporate equity formation.
Campbell was named among the Mid-South Rising Stars in Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Corporate Finance Campbell earned his JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, he earned a BBA and MS in information systems GW and worked as an application developer for SwissFone, Inc., a former subsidiary of the Swisscom group.
