Kim Hough, GSEHD EdD ’11, was named Loudoun County Public Schools’ new assistant superintendent for personnel services. Previously, Hough served the Berkeley County, WV school system in a variety of positions, including assistant director of special education and instruction, administrative assistant for the office of the deputy superintendent, director of federal programs and assistant superintendent.
