Wesley Reisser, ESIA BA ’04, CCAS MA ’07

Wesley Reisser, ESIA BA ’04, CCAS MA ’07, published his first book, The Black Book: Woodrow Wilson’s Secret Plan for Peace (Lexington Books, 2012), about the maps and plans used by the American delegation to the 1919 Paris Peace Conference and the lasting legacy of American involvement in World War I.

Reisser is an assistant professorial lecturer with the GW Geography Department. He also serves at the U.S. Department of State, working on multilateral diplomatic issues, and is a regular lecturer on Middle East geography and multilateral diplomacy at the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute.
