Frank D. Titus, GWSB BBA ’71, MBA ’72, a senior federal executive, died Feb. 2 at age 62. Titus retired from his position as assistant director of retirement and insurance at the Office of Personal Management in 2006. In his career, he played a key role in shaping federal long-term insurance and flexible health spending programs.
