Michael Eisenberg, LAW JD ’01

Michael Eisenberg, LAW JD ’01, a litigator, joined the intellectual-property practice at Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP.   Prior, he was at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York.

Michael has represented clients in patent, copyright and trade secret disputes involving semiconductors, computer hardware and software. He has also appeared in U.S. Patent and Trademark Office proceedings.

He previously served as a judicial clerk to Judge Timothy Dyk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Washington-based court that hears appeals of patent cases.
