Yi-Chen Su, LAW LLM ’09

Yi-Chen SuYi-Chen Su, LAW LLM ’09, was named advisor/fellow of the Cornerstone Intellectual Property Foundation in Taiwan. The Foundation collaborated with GW Law School on a program, Multi-discipline Management of Technology, funded by the Taiwanese government. His article titled “What About Know-How: Heightened Obviousness and Lowered Disclosure is Not a Panacea to the American Patent System for Biotechnology Medication and Pharmaceutical Inventions in the Post-KSR Era” was cited by the Amicus Brief submitted by the American Bar Association to the US Supreme Court for Mayo v. Promatheus (at page 36 and Table of Authorities, ix).
