Five GW graduates received Alumni Achievement Awards – the highest form of recognition given by the University and the GW Alumni Association to alumni on an annual basis – on Sept. 15, during Alumni Weekend 2011. This year’s recipients were: Roslyn Brock, SPHHS MS ’89; Bruce Sewell, LAW JD ’86; Leonard Wartofsky, CCAS BS ’59, MS ’61, SMHS MD ’64, SPHHS MPH ’95, Mary Margaret Whipple, CCAS MA ’69; and Sherri Rose, CCAS BS ’05.
